Tech entrepreneurship goes feminine! That’s the slogan of the Girls in Tech association. On occasion of the conference with the topic “impact of new technologies on PR”, industry experts came together in the BETC premises as well as on Glowbl to debate on that recent topic.
The room was filled with people who wanted to follow the discussions presented by Delphine Sabattier, editorial director of tech media 01Net. But on this event, being absent was not a big deal as everyone had the opportunity to follow the speeches in real time from wherever they were. Special guests have been:
- Sarah Azan and Hannah Oiknine, Co-founders of Babbler, the game changer of PR World,
- Michelle Gilbert, PR & Communication Director at Facebook France,
- Laure Lefèvre, Co-founder of MinuteBuzz.
More than 40 people have been connected on an entirely public LiveStage to watch the livestream of the event. Being much more than just a video transmission, everyone was able to comment live per chat or Twitter, directly from the platform.
Main topic of the debate was the future of PR in an increasingly connected world. Involving the public is one of the most important indicators if an action on social networks or blogs was successful.
Glowbl offers a new web experience, entirely created to make the human being an actor of the content that is given to them and to involve them. As such, the first event that was held in partnership with Girls in Tech in Paris has totally met its goal.
