For the first edition of EditA, a trade fair dedicated to music publishing, Glowbl answered yes to an invitation of one of its partners, Paris Mix, that lately became Paris Music after a fusion with Mila, a cluster of young musical companies.
It took place on the 6th of May at Carreau du Temple in Paris and allowed us to talk about Glowbl from a new angle. The trade show EditA has vocation to put music professionals in contact and give them space to exchange with their public to underline the importance of making music works long-lasting and of the future of music creators.
For Glowbl, this was the opportunity to present innovative solutions that we’ve developed to create a real proximity between music acts, artists, fans, producers, editors, programmers…To meet, exchange, share work in a more human way than on social networks, what portrays the force of Glowbl. On the online platform, artists promote themselves to open a dialogue with their public: they can address to them live via webcam during an online event or livestream by illustrating their words with videos, demonstrations or photos from social networks that show how much work the production of an album or a project implies.
Professionals that we’ve met during EditA have demonstrated a keen interest for the digitalization of their domain. They appreciated the modern design of Glowbl as well as the synchronization with social networks like Facebook, YouTube, SoundCloud or Deezer, that make Glowbl a complete tool which is easy to use.
