Focus on human interactions! With this latest Glowbl update, we increase the number of simultaneous microphones and unveil new emojis in bubbles.
Increase the number of simultaneous microphones
Do you organise interactive sessions with more than 10 people around the table? Well, good news! We have increased the number of simultaneous microphones. Glowbl now detects automatically who is talking. Enjoy the best experience in your virtual spaces!
How does it work?
1. Open mics are activated by default for everyone on new virtual spaces. To check or change the settings, please go to Manage table rights by clicking on the Toolbox icon at the bottom right hand corner of your screen, then Rights at the top.
2. Select the settings you want:
- Allow participants to manage content and share their video and audio
- Allow participants to share their video and audio
3. With these settings, all participants can activate their microphone and/or their webcam without asking for the microphone.
4. Glowbl detects automatically participants who are talking in order to put the spotlight on them and make discussions easier. Everybody can take part without raising a hand.
Mood emojis and reactions
Share your reaction to a content or a discussion with the Glowbl emojis. In a click, show how you feel in your bubble.
How does it work?
1. Reactions on bubbles is an option activated by default in every space. To check your settings, go to your space Administration by clicking on the Participants tab at the bottom right hand corner of your page, then Administration on the top. The option Enable reactions on bubbles should be green.
2. Hover your mouse over your bubble, you will see three brand new emojis on your bubble to express the following emotions:
- Well done
- Thinking
- Like
3. Click on the emoji of your choice. It will pop up in your bubble and every participant will see it.
Customize table backgrounds
Design your spaces with specific backgrounds for your tables. You can now edit their texture to create specific atmospheres.
How does it work?
1. Hover your mouse above a table and click on the Pencil icon.
2. Select a texture in the library, then Save.
